Peugeot has broadened the compact Rifter range with additional engine choices and extra equipment. The model is now available not only as a fully electric version, but also with new petrol and diesel engines aimed at customers who regularly cover long distances.

With the model-year update, the Allure trim gains a driver-fatigue warning system featuring the Driver Monitoring attention camera. This feature will become mandatory from 1 July 2026.

Peugeot E-Rifter electric charging and range

The electric E-Rifter now comes as standard with an 11 kW onboard charger, bi-directional charging capability and preparation for Vehicle-to-Load (V2L). A separate adapter will be required to use the V2L function. Prices for the electric version start at €38,220. Its electric motor produces 100 kW (136 hp), while the WLTP range is up to 339 km.

Rifter equipment and interior flexibility

The options list has also been expanded to include heated front seats, the i-Connect Advanced infotainment system and steering-wheel paddles, depending on the engine version. Inside, buyers can opt for three individual second-row seats for greater versatility.

With its variety of powertrains and configurations, the Rifter continues to hold its position as a practical vehicle for small businesses, offering electric and conventional versions within the same model range.
